The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Lithgow Workies Club, 3 – 7 Tank Street, Lithgow at 7.30pm on Tuesday 11 November 2025.
All you need to know to participate in the 2025 Annual General Meeting
By order of the Board, the 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 11 November 2025 commencing 7.30pm at the Lithgow Workies, 3 – 7 Tank Street, Lithgow.
The following information will assist all members to participate in the Annual General Meeting:

- Proxy Form
- Minutes of the 57th Annual General Meeting held 12 November 2024
Please note that if you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting and you still wish to vote on the resolutions put forward, you can appoint a Proxy to vote on your behalf. Please note that your Proxy must be in attendance at the meeting to vote on your behalf. Please read the Proxy Form for further information in relation to proxy voting.
