Apple Pay FAQsMake secure, contactless purchases with your Apple device – simply tap and go!
You will need to download the most current version of our banking app from the App Store before you can proceed. Make sure that you update your app to Version 1.2.0 which was made available in the App Store from 21 December 2022.
Once you have the current banking app, you can provision your Visa Card directly to your Apple Digital Wallet via the banking app.
Go to the Card section of the banking app, and click on the Add to Apple Wallet section and follow the instructions. Please contact our friendly staff for assistance on 1300 369 900 or call into your local branch for assistance.
You can also manually load your Visa Card to your Apple Digital Wallet manually to use Apple Pay however adding a card depends on the device as follows:
