Access your personal accounts from an Australia Post outlet

Bank@Post is Australia Post’s agency banking service, with facilities at over 3,300 Australia Post Retail Outlets around the nation displaying the Bank@Post sign.

At Bank@Post you can:

  • Make deposits and withdrawals
  • Check your account balance
  • Pay credit card bills
  • Perform banking transactions for your business

How do you use Bank@Post?

You must have your Visa Debit Card linked to the Savings Account on which you wish to transact. Just present your card and tell the Australia Post staff that you would like to make a Bank@Post transaction. Then you need to swipe your card and enter your PIN to begin.

Cheques deposited as part of a Bank@Post deposit may take up to 10 days to be converted to “cleared funds”.
