A Family First Visa Debit Card will give you freedom and peace of mind when making purchases or managing your finances.

  • 24/7 access to over 10,000 Direct Charge Fee Free ATM network (including ATMs owned by the major banks) and millions of merchants either via EFTPOS or through Visa Debit
  • paywave or ‘tap and go’ facility for purchases up to $100 (combined daily limit of $200)
  • No approval needed (excluding overdraft)
  • Optional overdraft facility

ATMs

When you bank with Family First Bank you are able to use any Major Bank’s ATM system without getting charged an additional ATM fee.

 

If you have a Family First visa card you can access your money at over 10,000 direct charge free ATMs australia wide. This means you can get access to cash 24 hours a day every day of the year.

To avoid the Direct Charge going forward we strongly encourage that all Family First Bank cardholders transact at ATMs owned by the major banks (CBA, Westpac, ANZ and NAB) as these are Direct Charge free. (please note that ATM transaction charges apply as normal).
