Phone banking is a free service; you only pay the cost of a local call. Once you have registered for phone banking and obtained your unique access code, simply call 1300 369 900 (for the cost of a local call anywhere in Australia).

Our Phone Banking services include:

  • Check account balances, recent transactions and other information
  • Transfer money between your accounts and to other members
  • Pay bills using BPAY
  • Order interim account statements
  • Access anywhere in the world at any time
  • Update access code
  • Confirm interest earned in the last Financial Year
  • Cheque transactions
