  • What can I do with the Family First Bank mobile app?

    The Family First Bank mobile app allows you to easily view all your accounts including your balances and transactions up to 90 days. You can transfer money between your Family First accounts, transfer money to other financial institutions, pay bills via BPAY and PayID and future date payments. You can manage your cards including card activation, temporarily lock or unlock a card, change your PIN or organise a replacement card. The Family First mobile app also allows you to research other Family First products, confirm how much interest you earned on your accounts in the year and much more!

  • Does it matter if I have an Apple or Android phone?

    No. If you have an Apple phone, you can download the Family First mobile app from the Apple App Store. If you have an Android phone, you can access the Family First mobile app from the Play Store. Despite being available for two different phone operating systems the Family First mobile app is almost identical between them.

  • What are my transfer limits?

    The same transfer limits that apply to internet banking are also in place for the Family First Bank mobile app. If you would like to increase your transfer limit, please contact us on 1300 369 900.

  • I’ve forgotten my PIN!

    No problems. On the log in screen, at the bottom you can click on the “forgot your PIN” option, click ‘reset’ and re-register using your member number and password for internet banking. If you need any assistance, please call us on 1300 369 900.
