How do I download the app?
It is Easy! Either search Family First Bank in the Apple App store or Google App store and look for our ribbon logo!

What is my Internet Banking Username?
Your Internet Banking username is your member number. If you do not know your member number you can contact us and we will be happy to help you.
What is my internet banking access code?
Your Access code is the same as your internet banking password. If you have not set up internet banking this will have to be done first. Contact us and we will help set you up.
How do I change my access code?
Your access code has to be changed through internet banking. Click the Log On Button at the top of the page or contact us if you need your password to be reset
Can i see all of my account on the app?
Yes, any account that you can see on your internet banking will be the same for the app. You can even give each account a picture and a nickname on the app if you want!
