2021 Annual General Meeting
The 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held Tuesday 9 November 2021.
Due to ongoing COVID issues, this years Annual General Meeting will be held virtually. As such, you will need to register in order for you to attend. Members must register by sending us an email to administration@familyfirst.com.au calling us on 1300 369 900 or by letting us know in person at any Family First branch or office

There are 4 resolutions to be put before the members at this years Annual General Meeting:
(1) Colin Lenton to be returned as a Director following completion of his three year term
(2) Peter Cafe to be returned as a Director following completion of his three year term
(3) Antony Benetatos to be returned as a Director following completion of his three year term
(4) Ratification of payment of member elected board fees at a 10% increase to the level as previous year ($154,027 amongst 6 member elected Directors)
Remember that for your Proxy Form to be valid, it must be received by Family First by close of business Tuesday 2 November 2021. You must also ensure that whoever you appoint as your Proxy that they must be registered and attend the Annual General Meeting.
