Exciting news – Family First’s new Mobile Banking app is now available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

This notification is to let you know that Family First’s new mobile banking app is now available

What do I need to do?

Depending on whether you own an Apple or an Android mobile phone, you will need to download our new Mobile Banking app from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

The login process to get into your Mobile Banking app is as per usual.

What’s New?

You will notice a fresh new look in addition to a re-ordering of screens to make transactions simpler and more intuitive.

The new home screen will have three ‘quick’ options: the welcome screen confirming when the app was last logged in to, a ‘quick balance screen’ so one account can be identified to confirm a balance and a ‘savings goal’ screen so you can set a savings goal and track your progress.

When you first log in you will have the option to engage on an ‘App Tour’ which will give you a look at various screens in the upgraded app.

We are really happy with the upgrade and hope you enjoy using it.
